Join the College of Visual and Performing Arts for the eighth annual ARTS, by George!  This "evening like no other" invites guests to see performances and presentations by students from every branch of the CVPA in venues throughout the de Laski Performing Arts Building and the Harris Theatre. Guests will also get to enjoy food and drinks provided by community sponsors over the course of the evening.

Following the student presentations, guest artist Laura Benanti will give a stunning performance in the Center for the Arts Concert Hall. This Tony award-winning Broadway soprano has dazzled audiences with an array of lead roles and was described in the New York Times as having "one of the most beautiful voices in musical theater." To close the night, guests have the chance to join her on stage for a dessert and champagne reception! We hope to see you there!

Though you can hear each of our celebrated faculty in professional ensembles and as soloists around the DC metropolitan area, nowhere else will they all perform on one concert!
